Hi- anyone have old engine part catalogs that can ID a Chevy piston with number 1754 marking on top? I picked up a set of Chevy forged .030 pistons along with a set of Manley aluminum rods- maybe Manley pistons? They look to be balanced as material in removed on the rods and inside the piston dome. The rod bolts are also clipped. The piston skirts are in excellent shape -almost thinking that they have never been run. Thanks
Rod bolts "clipped"? Sounds like a stroker combination, like a 350 to 383. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Can you measure compression height and rod length? Middle of pin to top of piston, without dome, this will get you in the general area. Hope it's stock length stuff and not some odd ball stroke.
The 2252a and the 1754 are the same piston. High compression 350 chevy with a standard length (5.7) con rod.
