I thought I'd share a video of my dad flat towing his coupe home from the RPM Nationals. The tow rig is his flathead powered 1940 Ford panel delivery, that also doubled as his camper at the Nationals. It was roughly 660 miles round trip and he only had a two very minor issues along the way. Traveling with him was Vince Martinico in his Diamond T that pulled his 32 coupe. Vince made about 50 runs during the meet and by all accounts, his 32 really dominated. A great event, great venue and great people.
To most today it might seem unusual to see a flathead towing a flathead. I'm old enough to have seen this as a usual weekly occurrence towing cars to the track.
