Been searching old threads for the owner/builder of this car and cannot seem to find it. Can anyone get me in touch with the guy ? Would like to ask questions about the build. Thanks . dusty
OMG, I did mine all wrong!!!!!!!!!! Wow what a chop!! Can't help you... sorry for that, but just had to comment. It that even street legal? I have personally called these radical chops " Bonneville Chops" meaning done only for the salt.
D Rod here on the board. Built by Rudy Rodriguez Fullerton Fabrication. I think he has a build thread on it.
I did a similar thing on my '36 Three window in 1955. Cuts were difficult, with a hardware store hacksaw (plus, I was 13...and 4-1/2" seemed to be the 'norm') Pushed the car outside...and shrieked, "NOOOOO!" Rest of the cuts were done outside, resulting in 5-1/4" front, and 6" rear. Wish I had a pic...Turned out, but was 'excessive'. Looked like Flash Gordon's tank, with its 'bubble canopy'.
