I'm finally working on my 47 Ford Tudor after taking care of my wife for the past 18 months who just passed away In August , my question is what are the options for redoing the front end in my car I just drive it and it feels sloppy with the stock front end and brakes. Thank you in advance for helping me.

  2. rebuild it...new kingpins, tie rod ends, shackle bushings , a new tube shock kit and rebuild the brakes. check the steering box for slop and rebuild if necessary. maybe add a sway bar

Stock has both a sway bar and pan hard. But I’ll agree rebuild it all. It’ll be cheaper than anything else, actually bolt together and ride and stop extremely well

My 46 Ford convertible has a dropped axle, power disc brakes, GM 605 power steering box and was one of the best handling and driving car I've ever owned.

Chassis Engineering has nice parts with good instructions, speedway also has the parts you would need and they have a tec. line.

  11. Very Sorry for Your Loss-
Chassis Engineering and Posies make great kits to get the car where you want it to be ride and handling wise
The Saginaw steering box is a great upgrade I am told.
