Had this car a few years now, it was pretty stock when I got her. I was told the car had gone through a restoration by a body guy back in 1990, but unless he was a backyard body guy or blind, it wasnt the best of jobs. But it is solid and there isnt anything that cant be dealt with over time.
We are just finishing up a complete swap of the driveline. 350/350 set up with a 56 belair rear end and a S3 Jag xj6 ifs. It has gone pretty smoothly but that is due to the massive work put in by my dad, the guy bleeds hot rods so didnt have to do much arm twisting to get him to do this for me.

Anyways pictures are better than words.

Our family car was a 54 Chevy 4 door until my older brother had a blow out coming home one day and rolled it. We replaced it with a 59 Biscayne which I totaled out when I was in high school.
Never drove my mom or dad's cars again after that day in 1966.

Its meant to be a biege I think, its in need of attention. Want it to be a little more mild custom type of deal.
No interior shots at the moment, but other than the ratty carpet its pretty nice original condition.

Not a lot of these 54s were brought into New Zealand back in the day. Most are newer left hand drive imports.
