My very good friend is selling this Early 1928 Phaeton! Stored since the 70s; body was primed in 1974. He has front step plates/splash aprons and has the dash support rail that's not on the car. Also has front fenders, grill, hood and other parts for extra cash. Doesn't have any rear fenders. He does not have a title for this car.
