Saw a picture on FB with Bob in his bed, talking with his grandson today in his hospital room. He looks as good as can be expected. Hang tough old fellar...

I talked to him on Friday and was doing pretty good , the surgery on his colon that ruptured from the chemo, went good and he sounded really tired, as he was saying that he was hoping to get out of THIS PLACE (hospital) as he tired of it ! That's Bob !!! I won't go into details he can tell ya all what's going on ! Just a note as He's got a tough road ahead of him yet on healing from the surgery ! No more chemo for 8 weeks till he heals !!!!!! Prayers needed !!!!!!

 

I'm not a praying man, but in this case I'll make an exception. Hang in there BB, lots of us thinkin' about ya.

Just a up date Bob is out of the hospital and is resting at home ! Keep him in your prayers !!! Thanks guys and gals for the support as the road to recovery is ahead !

The picture I posted was at the nationals in Louisville this year at registration that we both worked ! Sorry for any confusion!

 

Talked to Bob on Sunday night as he is home recovering and has a long haul ahead of him ! Keep him in your thoughts and prayers !!!!!
