Technical Probably common knowledge on 47 Ford, but...

    I just made a purchase deal on a 47 Ford coupe. It needs a front clip, which should all iterchange. I cannot seem to find if the rear fenders from a tudor sedan will fit. This will be a big factor in how much I am willing to pay for a parts car. It has rears, but really rough. Thanks in advance for the help!

    model As, '32's, '33-'34's, have different rear fenders coupe and sedan... don't know much about the late model cars...
     
  3. Front clip and rear fenders will all interchange, as will most parts. If it's a short-door coupe, Fordor front doors will fit. Long door, you use Tudor doors. The '47/48 are nearly identical, with mostly just exterior trim detail differences.

    Ditto on this but don't go too far back, as in '41/'42 as the running boards made the rear fenders longer, in front, where they went to the bottoms of the boards. '47/'48's don't
