Thinking 1930-ish Nash? Budd Mfg. plate on passenger door, roll-down windshield, 3 window coupe with rumble seat(?). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice score! Stolen for $100! Now.....process of elimination. It's not a Model A Ford. Next.

Don't think it's a 30 Nash. I've a cowl/etc from a 29 that is very different, incl dual cowl vents. Firewall doesn't look quite right either. Thinking it's not an Essex, nor a Studebaker.
If that were mine, it'd be a sport coupe, or preferably a folding top cabriolet-type (yeah, I know it's not a real cabriolet) so fast it'd make your head spin.
A pic of the dash n gauges (if any) would also help. As would a side shot of the door/posts/cowl.
    Nice grab.

I am going to say 1930 or 31 Durant. Great start to a different type build or sell to members of the Durant car clubs.

Because of the smooth quarters I would say it's a 29 model year

  19. Whatever it is, that recessed firewall will give you a couple of extra inches to work with, which will probably come in handy no matter what engine you choose for it. The firewall alone is worth more than you paid for the whole thing.
