In Ohio, we get about 4 days where the weather is perfect. Yesterday was one of them, this is a great event.
Just GREAT PICS .... I'm in NC these days, but certainly miss the smell of rubber and nitro, when I lived in Madison and raced at Thompson ! George Eisenhart was the manager of the track, back then. Heck, I think he was the flagman / starter as well, before the tree lights came on the scene.
Lots of neat cars there but that "code blue" willys coupe was amazing to watch. Fast !!! 4.9x 1/8 mile
