I have a limited number of these Friction Shocks that I make available on my website. The design is inspired by the Reed Engineering shocks from the 40's / 50's. I've run them on 3 of my cars and they work really well. I have had great reviews from the few pair I have sold in the past. Grade 8 mounting studs and hardware included. They are adjustable. They have the standard Ford shock mounting and will accept any Ford shock arm with the square shaft and pinch bolt (shock arms not included). The castings are from the local foundry here in SLC and are manually machined (no CNC). They use Oillite Bearings that require no lube. The nuts, springs and shock shafts are plated for corrosion resistance. I also offer an adapter bracket if you want to use these on the rear suspension of your Model A, message me and I'll include the brackets free of charge. Money back if you are not satisfied. http://www.elmerequipped.com/product/friction-shocks/ and click on the speed parts tab. --Kris Elmer.
