Hot Rods jag power steering ?

i have just fitted a jaguar xj6 front crossmember and power steering rack to my jail bar pick up. the power steering pump is a saginaw . on start up the steering turned full left and would'nt budge. any idea's what's wrong ?

Not sure but have you got the high and low pressure lines reversed?
I run a jag front end in my 33 and love it
