I'm working on the frame right now, I sandblasted it last summer and didn't quite make it home before it downpoured. I watched it turn orange in a matter of about 30 seconds in my rearview mirror. No worries though because I found a few soft spots and had to redo a bunch. I'll try to finish my fabrication this summer and start on the body in the fall. Hopefully paint next spring.
Can you be more specific as to the tin you need? There are left and right grilles and the full-width bottom panel. thnx, jack vines
There will be a big Stude car show and swap meet in South Bend this friday and saturday. My guess is that your parts will be there. Most Stude vendors attend this, and maybe you could line something up with one of the folks from Ohio who attend. Get on the Stude drivers club forum and make your interests known.
I'll have more later, the mock up pics with the motor in it were on regular film. I am so excited about this thing. I have been collecting parts for 7 years, finally ready to do it up.
