   That is VERY build-able.
   
   Look around at pictures of '30/'31 Tudors to see if you can find one that you like. Fenders, no fenders. Chop, no chop. We can help you with any/all of that.
   
   The sheet metal damage is not that big of a deal. It can be fixed.
