I couldn't find a schedule that showed when the awards start but with the list of classes I'd expect a couple hours to pass before the AMBR gets handed

  18. I'll give it credit for being over the Top well done but for my taste a bit out of place. More of a Pebble Beech type of car but then it don't really fit there either. Kind of like me. Nice paint.

How about we have one just for owner-builders?

I suspect that the winning car provided payroll for quite a few of Troy's employees over the last couple of years. If it weren't for projects like this, the hot rod industry wouldn't be thriving nor would Troy be in a position to build traditional hot rods. I for one appreciate the benefactors that put their money into this industry and support the shops. Nothing wrong in recognizing their efforts.

    That was my choice!!!

  26. I agree, the Packard does look like a contender for a blue ribbon at Pebble Beach instead of the Winner of the Grand National Roadster Show,it is a beautiful car but I almost expected to see a Clark Gable impersonator sitting behind the wheel.HRP

It doesn,t matter who built it and how much it cost.
Voting is done on the cars merits and the best car on the day won
