Looks like a Fairmont wagon....basically a Fox body underneath that sheetmetal.

Yep, Fairmont. All the goodies that fit on Fox-bodied Mustangs will go underneath that shell.

Poor guy, Now he has to endure the taunting from his friends because his firechicken was stomped. I would bet he did not think he would lose.

Shit man, it took me five minutes to stop laughing. That Firebird owner must have been PISSED!!

  12. yep, she's easy on the eyes.:D

The funny thing is that not only was the Firebird guy smoked by a wagon, but he was smoked by a really UGLY wagon! HAHAHA! Pure sleeper.

dvanecek...I'm workin on it. the roof is white with white ice pearl. In april, I'm gonna try to get the lower half of the car taken care of. The Mustang buckets are, rumor has it, almost done being upholstered, too. I'm getting there...sloooooooowly.

Someone around here has a sedan version with a 428. I have never heard or seen it run, though. I see it around, but always parked.

  15. I'd imagine the only way you will SEE it, is if it's parked!

I used to see him run regularly at the local friday night cruise ins, this one would also be an ideal sleeper. Havent seen him for a couple years though

If I remember correctly, that car has a built LS1 and 4l60E. Runs 10's. Cool car for being gay.

The LS1 only has a cam, the headers were Ford 351W pieces with the flange swapped out (!) and lots of spray. He had to put two or three replacement hyper pistons in it while he had the car. Someone sideswiped John on the highway, that's how that big dent got there.

That car was first built using the entire subframe from his Mustang, with a 351W/5spd. Just put both cars on a lift and swapped the complete K-members, he got better brakes and 5-lug 17" wheels on it. Used to hide the nitrous bottle in the back under an upside-down laundry basket... cool car. :)

awesome, that is some funny shit. swap the wheels out (some stock widened rears, and narrowed fronts) and you would have a real mean sleeper!

Heheh -- this is stuff that I was into. Another good one is the little Reliant K that hands a lot of different iron their rear with a little 4-cylinder:

The most priceless video is the Reliant tromping a Supra on a 10.something pass. The crowd goes wild.
