Art & Inspiration Flatbed picture thread

Good morning all... I am building a 37 chevy p.u. and am having a hard time finding a box so I'm gonna build a cheap flatbed to get me by. I was wondering if you guys would post some pics of hot rod trucks with all or mostly wood beds. If there's already a thread on this maybe guide me to it? Please and thank you and have a good day

 

I tried to get a picture but it's real tight in the garage these days. That's a template for the floor . battery will be under a trap door and I'm using the beer keg for the fuel cell for now.

Here are a few threads about flatbeds. I recently became the new caretaker of a 1960 Ford C700. The grain box is gone, so I need to figure out a flatbed as well. I am thinking slant-back so I can get a dragster or other small hot rod on it. Maybe even one powered by the Lincoln Y-Block that is in the C700 now......
