Always loved this ride. Don't see it around and I rarely come on the hamb. Where did the coupe go? Where is it now?
Hi. I have no clue on where it is but it has some nice work done on that styling. When I was younger I was really into that style with both a 49 Chevy Coupe and a 53 Ford Convertible. Both customized a bunch and riding low. As I got older I am now more into traditional hot rods daily drivers but I can still really appreciate this style. Hope you find out about it. Jimmie
Thanks guys. Bummer it's so far from where it started. I remember seeing it often in my area. The dollar is mighty to some I guess.
I have never seen it, where is Chucho from and when did he have it? Bad Mutha Fu#*in' ride by the way.
The first time I remember seeing it must have been about 10-15 years ago. Its from southern California and it was built by Joe Garcia, at the the Drag-N-Shop. It's by far, one of my favorite Chevy's.
looks like a catfish from the front. I would put some whiskers and some gills on it..... maybe a big hook in its mouth.
You mean since you joined 10 months ago? Or maybe you lurked a good long while before joining, lots of us did that. Anyway, FYI, in case you don't know, if you click on the little red arrow (circled below), it will take you to the old thread about the Valencia Chevy. As with most old threads, most of the pics are gone, but pay close attention to the last few pages of that thread, if you care to learn more about that Chevy.
It does have good lines. Thanks for the info. BTW I like a fish mouthed car looks like it is going to eat the competition.
