Show was awesome, as it always is. A few less cars than last year but quality still up. Sun was extremely bright and it was killing my pictures. Even inside the sun through the windows was making some tough shadows. Saw Hot Rod Jen and some other HAMBites. My favorite car was a 39 Chevy custom owned by James Stautberg out of Baltimore. Hopefully someone's picture of it turned out better than mine. Thanks again Mike and the Rusty Nuts.
I just got back, no pics I'll leave that to the pro's. The car inside were incredible, I never did get to look outside an dI know from experience the cars outside are every bit as nice as the ones inside. The turnout was huge. Congratulations to Mike and entire Rusty Nuts Club, what a great job you guys do.
Great show, great cars. Here's some non professional shots. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
THANKS Gary and tb33anda3rd ! I had to miss this year. I took my Dad and the, family to my Grandson's soccer game. So these pictures mean a lot to me. I really can't thank you guys enough . I see it was a great show as usual. Ron...
Looks like some fine cars! I had to dog sit. Look familiar? Congrats to tb33anda3rd! With his fine 33 Chevy! It made it there and back in one piece!
actually no. there was some awesome stuff, and the "rusty nuts" go ABOVE AND BEYOND putting this show on. they put a show on with the same attention to details that go into a show car. it is a FULL day which includes an auction, swop meet, door prizes, 50/50 indoor show, set up this year like a "boulevard", out door show cars, barbecue, live band, event swag etc......
sorry if i don't post your car , i took a bunch more photos with my camera but it gives me a "can't execute code" .
Great pics 33 and thanks for your help at the motel! I want to thank Jay Fitzhugh for the invitation He said I would fit in and there would be great interest in my car as it was from the area Well I pull in behind this blue 60 Corvette on Friday morning and the guy jumps out, introduces himself as Jim Sporny and says he was a long time previous owner of the car. Well we talked for a while and then he followed me on the cruise. He brought old pictures of the car on Saturday and we talked for a couple more hours about the history of the car. But the best treat was meeting Mike Little who was the son of the owner I bought the car from. You see, mike had many memories in that car as a kid with his dad. However Daniel Little had recently passed. I told Mike to feel free with the car. He and his son took pictures of themselves inside an outside the car. They were extremely happy to see the car and their glow made the trip very much worthwhile. I hardly met a person who didn't have some kind of story about my car. Overall it was a great show with lots of great people. My wife won one of the raffles and I won a door prize (a great fire extinguisher) While it was a long trip I am sure I will attend again.
Here are a few, first time post through the app, hope it works, if so, more to come. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
