Hot Rods engine from British Columbia to Phx AZ

We finally found a 261 Chevy (Canadian Pontiac) inline six but it is in Nanaimo British Columbia and getting it across the border and down to Gilbert Arizona is not easy. Any BC rodders coming to AZ for the winter and have room for it ?? No hurry.

 

make sure you have all your paperwork in order or it won't get into the USA.

 

I'd just have it shipped (land or sea), and avoid the headaches at the border. I have a complicated story about a carburetor being brought across the border (BOTH directions-I said it was complicated), but I won't go into it here; you'd think I was attempting to smuggle Osama Bin Laden across. Maybe we should give up on this one and find one stateside ?? But they are so common north of the border.
