Looks like a pretty inexpensive way to safeguard your car or trailer or at least find it if stolen.

Im not seeing for sure, but I get the feeling it really only works if youre within bluetooh distance from the track item and the phone.

I agree, you or someone else with the app on their devise has to be within bluetooth range for it to register.

I think when someone passes within 100 feet with a blue tooth device, it sends a signal to your phone app and you can see where the last signal was from the map. You would then go the the area of the last signal and you would roam around until you picked up the signal when within 100 feet. There's a video at the bottom of the ad right above the US map showing them finding a stolen bike this way.

  5. You have to depend on the other people who have one being willing to look for your stuff. its like depending on facebook to help you find your lost Pekinese.

if you really want to protect your chit and are that paranoid use the real deal, don't cheap out.

if you are looking for a cheap way to track your car anyplace on the continent you can use a cellphone and one of those kid tracker programs for your computer. ;)

In order for other people to find it, they have to have the app on their device. How many people in the general population have this app on their device?

  7. They also have to be close enough to see it
