My wife's '55 has a two speed wiper switch that is getting a bit hard to switch. I've tried to google this to see what cross references but I'm not getting any solid information. Does anyone know where I can find a NOS or repop or if one will cross over from a truck or another vehicle?
Take it out and spray it down with lube of some kind. Probably like the tri 5 switch. On them the back will come off and you can lube it. Then lube the cable.
Never seen a 2 speed vacuum wiper switch. The original 55 switch is a worm gear cable affair and is infinitely adjustable. If your wife's car has been converted to electric wipers check Newport Engineering for a switch.
