Hot Rods 32 frame

Some years ago (20?) there was a company that sold '32 frames that each rail came in two pieces and you welded them together , any body remember who that was ?

 

It was precision underbody or something like that out of West Branch Michigan.

Currently being manufactured by Shadow Rods. They are producing a 2 piece side rail that welds together in the middle and uses their X member for strength.

 

Think the idea behind it was, it could be shipped UPS, saving on truck freight.
