Just did this one. Finished it about 30 min. ago. Felt I needed to contribute something Auto related. 5"X7". Done in ink. BR

Here's a cute couple I made up for a door prize for our local car club. Great work this week. Bob, love the "ZZ" rendering! IMG_3553.jpg IMG_3557.jpg

Found this drawing in the glove box of my Challenger, so it was drawn anywhere from the late 70s thru the early 90s. It was in the local paper and the thing that made me cut it out was there was no tie in to anything, just a drawing of a 57 Plymouth with huge tires. Our paper was BIGGER then, and that also dates it. I didn't draw it. I did have a 38 Dodge I drew after seeing a picture my doctor showed me of the 38 business coupe he is building. It disappeared from the kitchen table, so it likely found it's best hiding place.

That dual Mustang is the most creative thing I've seen in over a month. VERY cool!

  12. I'm late, I'm late. I really have nothing except these Goats, hope they're appropriate.
    Enjoy your day!

what a great show, this keeps me in the game. I think I am giving up on the sport due to age and health and financial limitations. But these awesome offerings re-inspire me to hang in there. Thanx to all

    Thanks Mark, I appreciate it..............

  15. This is my way of being sure you don’t become a stranger Larry.

Marc B! I was going to whip up some ’65 GTO madness myself this week after seeing an old photo. The car has the “IT” factor in spades. Great sketches my friend. Continued prayers for you and your crew!

  16. Sololobo, hang in there. Don't give up, if you have a passion for art then your limitations shouldn't interfere. I'm inspired by all the artists that post on the FAS too. It's hard to ignore, just gets me excited to see what's posted every Friday...like a kid in a candy store.
Yeah Mark, the '65 GTO has the "IT" factor. It's my favorite year and my dream car would be dark blue with black interior, tri-carbed 389 with a muncie 4-speed. And those factory Ralley 1 rims would be the icing on the cake. Man!
Looking forward to what you "whip up".
Thanks for your prayers Mark. Take care.
