Hot Rods Can anyone tell me who built this car?

All I know is it was bought at Goodguys in Columbus, I think in 2004.

Is it a Speedway or Total Performance kit?

 

Not sure Al, previous owner said Heritage body (out of biz) and custom frame. The bracket behind the rearend is a trailer hitch used for a little matching trailer. It also has a transmission cooler above the hitch. I was hoping someone here would recognize the car ..... and thanks guys for the compliments.
