    This would make a really easy gasser as it's already straight axle and light weight.....my first one...love it...we'll engineered ..must have been the budget truck back then...

    so, with all of your projects what hole do you need to fill? gasser, shop truck, daily driver, etc?

    Was thinking small block chevy , power glide , 10 bolt , traction bars , simple .....more pics coming

    Found a fellow in Houston through a fellow hamber Toga 42 , who has tons of stude parts,,prices are fair....pickin up my radiator support struts , headlight buckets and odd and ends this week.... image.jpg

    Awesome truck! (My opinion may be a bit bias.) I love how these old Stude's look.

    Yer truck, yer moola, yer decision, but is there anything we could do to encourage you to put a Stude V8 in it?
    Actually, a Packard V8 is the way to go, but not everyone can see their way to get there.

    Nice truck! Man, I have a real soft spot for these things. They look awesome with a subtle chop. Here's one a buddy had for sale at the Portland Swap in April. By the end I could have had it for $1,000, title included. I spent the final day repeating over and over, "I do not need another project. I do not need another project."
