Second time is the last time. Andy claims my valve covers were shipped back to me in Feb, I have yet to see them. Poor/vague communication, cannot provide the address he used other than stating he shipped back to the "return address" and does not recall. He has not provided info from a shipping receipt. I've asked three times now and he has yet to answer what service he used to ship and is leaving me with no way of filing a claim for my missing parts. I've read several bad reviews and experiences about Andy's service but after my first positive experience with him, thought no worries. I was wrong. He is offering no assistance at this point in getting my parts back to me. I have suspicions, but I'm taking his word for it. Beware.
I can post the entire email chain as well, I have nothing to hide. What is ridiculous is that you cannot provide a receipt or proof that you made a shipment. Your communication is vague, and prior to your email saying they were shipping on a Friday, you said you were sick & it was too cold for you to work in your garage...so I allowed extra time for the temps. I paid you and sent you my parts. I’m not asking for a refund, I’m not swindling YOU, I only want my parts back. You have been LESS than helpful trying to get them back to me once I told you I never received them.
