Event Coverage Lonestar Roundup 2016

All, I'm looking for info. on the 2016 Lonestar Roundup. I tried the search function and only found coverage of past events. Specifically, How do I enter? Is there a pre-approval process? My brother an I will be driving down in my 57' Pickup. We already have rooms reserved. Any help will be much appreciated. Sam
