Had a friend bring this over to the shop today to see if I could identify it for him. The unit looks like it has never been used but I have no clue what engine it fits. It has no identifying numbers or manufacturers name. Maybe Y-block Ford? All I know for sure is it is not SB Chevy!! And I am sure it is made to adapt to early Ford transmission. Any HAMBers who can help me help my friend? Thanks in advance!! C-dog
It is cast aluminum. If its 337 Lincoln I can verify that cause I have a bare block in my shop to check it with. Never dreamed it could be that!
Looks a lot like it. Maybe this is it 1962 catalog top starter bolt to top looks the same? I have a y block one out in garage will check it in the morning
