a few weeks (maybe month) ago i worked on chopping the vent window frames, this was a first for me. had to melt an old window handle in order to “weld” the frames into the new shape. i am very happy with the outcome.

 

Killer! Good idea! Any pics or write up on how ya melted and re shaped?
