  1. This is the flatty going into the T-V8 I'm just beginning to build. It'll have some fins...

It's an 8BA with 59AB heads so I could use the Thicktun head covers. I scored the repop matching air cleaner recently on ePay. Think I'll need to swap the low PM-7 for a tall one, since the generator bumps the front carb but it needs to move toward the rear another 3/4" or so. Or is there a shorter generator I could use?

  2. I was able to swap the low Thickstun for a tall one. Plenty of carb/generator clearance now. Mikey likes it! :)

216 Chevy nicson. Never seen another one. Went to a good home. Should have hung on to it. But functional wall hangers don't do any good.

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg I seem to like GMC "white metal" . I also have a Skinner side cover and a finned pan to match the one with the breathers. Both were made by Bob Anderson. Any Y-Block looks good with T-Bird covers.

Some stuff that just got back from the ceramic coaters today. Just sat it on the engine to see what it was gonna look like.

my 259 Stude. I've heard several stories on the valve covers but have no idea if its true. I was told that they were cast in a guys back yard and the mold was made from a modified offy cover, to say Studebaker instead of Offenhouser. Either way they look bithchen!
