I have a chopped 1940 Ford pick up that has been chopped 3.5" and I'm looking for someone who has driver and passenger side windows they could trace on paper for me so I have something to start with. I realize I need to cut out 3.5" from mine but a good starting point would be nice. If someone could do this and just fold up the templates and mail to me I will even pay your postage if necessary. Thanks!
Install your glass channel fuzzies then buy a sheet of 1/8" Masonite. Take measurements and transfer to the Masonite slightly larger than the actual and trim until you get the fit where you want it. Now you have a pattern that fits your door. Since the top was chopped each glass will be different and will only fit your door.
