Don't know if this will help or not but tomorrow is the big car show & swap meet at the chemical plant in Morris. Should be at least a couple of guys there with Packards that might be able to offer some suggestions or steer you in the right direction. Should be an excellent turnout with the nice weather that is forecasted. Plenty to see there so go early or you won't see it all. Good luck in your search.

Thanks Slopok! I'll be there!!! I've got a spot in the swap meet. Hopefully I'll get a chance to walk through the show as well. Look for the aluminum step van, that'll be me! ;)

Don't know that I will be able to attend but look for a stock looking green Packard. It's been totally updated underneath. Guy's name is Jerry talk to him if he's there. Should be of some help to you.

    Slopok-
I met Jerry yesterday at the Morris, IL Lions Club "Fall Classic" show & swap, really nice guy and a beautiful Packard! He went over his car with me and offered some good advice. Thanks again for the referral.
I also did pretty well at the swap meet and sold a few items and got some good leads on a new drive train. All in all a great day!
