I found some more old cars in the woods recently. (See my Ditch Coupe thread to see the model A I found). There are a few cars I could Identify like a 1935 Chevy ton and a half truck and 1937 Chevy 2 and 4 door sedans. But there are two frames and partial cars that I cannot identify. They both have dropout style rear ends but one the rear cover removes also. The gas tanks are on the rear on both. They are facing opposite directions and one is sitting partially on top of the other. Thanks in advance guys
The last picture of a cowl looks like a '33 Chevy or Pontiac, based on the lines at the upper corners of the cowl and the cowl vent. The frame on top looks like a '29 to '33 Chevy. I agree that the head light stands on the fenders look like '33 Plymouth. K6
Wouldn't this description make them '69 something or others...........Sorry couldn't resist, Carry on. "They are facing opposite directions and one is sitting partially on top of the other. Thanks in advance guys"
The one with the block in it is an OHV so probably a Chev, the cowl looks like Chev or at least GM. If it is a six it must be a Chev, if it was a straight eight it would be a Buick.
In the 5th picture, part of the gas tank fill spout can be seen. Chevy located it on the rear driver's side from '29 through some '35's at least.
I have a 33 Plymouth and that frame is its twin, that along with the fenders and headlight confirm it is in my book anyway
