Projects License plate surround

May be a dumb question but I've looked and I can't find it,anyways you know that so cal license plate surround? Well where can I find one for a smaller plate?

So-Cal only makes the standard sized plate surround.

 

Chop it, section it, weld, sand, polish, install. Make one NO ONE can buy.

Muttley you are correct.I just picked it up and am using it above my small plate with a chrome frame.looked pretty good so I'll run it.looks better than just a plate bolted to the body

 

I had one of those and it looked good. I glued a bunch of magnets to the back an then part of an old t shirt so it didn't scratch the paint. Was on for months till I waxed the car. Lost the plate too. Just can't bring myself to drill the holes.
