Anybody got any good pics of a 54 New Yorker done up other than stock?

I just went thru this with my '55; ended up having to 'create' my own look. Here's what I ended up with. Granted, it's a different body style than your, but maybe it will help!

    not wheatie peein', but:

about the only thing that's a fitty-four are the lugnuts - and even then I'm not so sure!

honestly - the Adventurer gives me a stiffy every time I see one. I think the DCX boys actually lifted a bit of the front end treatment for the new 300 - but the adventurer does it better, IMHO.

A local shop specializes in the Ghia. Im restoring some radios for them this week. They use the stock Chrysler T&C signal seeker models.

Tex Smith's Mopar hot Rod book has a 51 NYer in it. 3"chop, front sheet metal replaced with Windsor metal. Looks good. Used 72 Nova subframe. 74 Chr. 400/727 & rear axle.

  10. I had an emerald green one from 1964-67, all de-chromed, nosed and decked with Crager S/S's, the 331 Hemi and a Carter AFB adapted to the stock manifold with an Isky.....also had the Powerflite. If I could find my "Kodak Brownie" photos in the attic, I'll try to post them. As everyone says, shoulda kept it!!!!:D
