Good question probably not because Chevy and Pontiac built their own specific engines back then but it is a good question I would like to know that one myself. you got an OHC and want to build a stroker don't ya.
Yes, it's been done before. There's a guy on the Performance Years Pontiac forum that has one running in his '69 Firebird, goes by the username 'camerjeff' I think.. The crank drops right in for the most part. But not without grinding clearance notches in the cam and some other things to make it all work. that is what I am thinking, I have a chance to get a 47 pontiac and I thouight it would make a good match the pontiac OHC isjust a little short on inches.
A few months ago I saw a 51 chevy with a 250 pontiac OHC in it and it looked like it was right at home.

My bad, was thinking of the Chevy 250 on the cam clearancing. But the block will need clearance notches ground in it.
