Looks good, big and littles, nice stance... hood or no hood? The angle/profile/line from the cowl to the grill makes or breaks this style for me.
Looks like your Harley days are bleeding over into your hot rods! Already planning on the T marking its territory! Great stance and rubber rake! I vote no chop! It's nice to see restraint these days!
Leave it the way it is and drive it. If the spirit moves you to break out the Sawzall later, then do it.
No phone booth, no Superman! Posted using the HAMB app on my iPhone.... How's that for traditional!?!?
Depends>>>>what style you tryin to reach?.... bit Granny for me.... using a 4 banger, or what power. kinda high, ok if you want granny style.... not so much for hotrod...needs a chop......devil is in the details.
VERY nice 50's to early 60's look! I personally prefer a tall T, but if you are set on a chop, make it subtle- no more than an inch or two, so people have to wonder if you even did cut it.
nope, I see a Chevy Country sign on the wall, with a Ford in the shop. Not correct at all.... The car itself, is dead on. Leaving the high roof will make it stand out.
I'm getting a little tired of the "everything's gotta be chopped" mentality, too. Let the car speak for itself...and it already has. It looks great as-is.
Yea not exact but close, I don't like the baby apes on the shovel. oh you mean the coupe? Looks good to me.
A Buick motor would look good in there. I'd use a 3x2 manifold and carbs. The vertical valve covers, and carbs in a row would add to the vertical lines of the car. Plus a Buicks torque will smolder the tires!!
I'm usually not a fan of the older Ts but first glance begs you to take a longer look. It does look right with the stock top.
There is just something about a telephone booth, maybe it is just that you don't see 'em. My missus has wanted me to build her a tall T for a long time. Lookin' at this one just makes me believe that it is going to have to happen, somehow.
