    Great start guys!

    Well, today hasn't gone as planned. I'd planned to whip a sketch ou tfor the show but have been caught up in a whirl wind that has me trvelling to Lincoln, NE to help my daughter set up her forst gallery show. Very excited for her.

    So, rather than the sketch, I'll share elements of a just completed commission. At the request of the owner, I won't be posting the whole image but here are some pieces parts to give you the idea, I will create a completely different, on topic version to share some time soon, with many changes….

    I am a big fan of Model A's. I found a decent '31 Model A grill shell at a swap meet. It had some dings and was in dire need of polishing. After days of work I was able to get it looking pretty nice. I made a shadow box frame and framed a photo of my car. I gave it to my parents as a gift.

    The nice part of this, is I did not alter the grill shell in any way. The framing I made for the shadow box can be removed in about 5 minutes and this grill shell could be used on a hot rod once again. I used the existing lacing holes to mount the framing.

    I updated the rendering of my Lead Sled project last night to reflect the current design and color direction. Long ways to go to get it here...

    I'm going through the motions to make sure I can sell them without infringing on any 'official' licensing contracts but I hope to make them available very, very soon.
