Since I had just changed OS from WinXP to Win7, I at first thought something had fouled up on PC, but trying i9t on other forums, it was OK.
So I accepted that Ryan was having trouble, and went elsewhere for awhile. All is OK now. Like earlier post, I can sympathize with trying to keep this monster going.

 

Slow is traditional. Really if this forum is going to stick to its roots we shouldn't be able to get on here unless we used dial up.

 

That's why I chip in the money for Alliance Membership, it costs a lot to run a server farm.

 

I work for a federal agency (military)--- when the computers get slow they stay that way for days or sometimes weeks -- you fixed this in a day...so I'm certainly not complaining!!!!!

thats still not traditional as that falls in the O/t years , if you want traditional we all be using univacs with a microwave transmitter ..and sending messages in cobal or fortran ..
