  3. That car ...... just looks like it wants to kick your ass. I hope it has an equally nasty vileness after a taste of paint, and some lines. Awesome awesome stuff, man. Good luck.

  6. depends on what you want.

tom kelly is the cream of the crop.

depending on what you're after, I can help you out

if its beyond me there's Steve Feinberg, Itchy Otis, Philly the Greek, Cisneros, Jeff Styles, Sonny Boy, Brian the Brush, Lil' Louie, Wild Bill, and TONS of others.

again, depends on what you want. not all stripers can do lettering/sign writing and not all letterheads can stripe. it all depends on what you want and what your budget looks like.

Lets just say I'm on a budget, the entire body work and paint will be under $3000.

I would love an evil skeleton shifting or something cool 60's style.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Cool ride. so, what are the plans for paint, etc? seven day turn around sounds pretty ambitious unless body/paint shop only has your car to work on.

I had them put it in writing that mine is the only car that they work on and they said it would most likely be done on friday but the contract says 7 days. Really cool guys! I guess i'm the guinea pig, if it works out I'll post the name of the shop, can't beat that price!!

    I hate choosing colors.

Classic lettering and paint color is where it's at.

  19. Yes, Larry lives and breathes 60's gassers. Larry has probably done more restored, and new build gassers than anyone else in So Cal. Too bad Larry's panel doesn't look like that any more. He wadded it up pretty good at the Antique Nats.

  20. Larry is in need of some 46 Chevy sheet metal, and some magnesium wheels to help heal his sedan delivery. You could probably work out a trade with him.

I kept thinking Larry Flint. But, that was the wrong kind of lines and the wrong kind of bodies. Dennis Ricklefs is a living master, and having talked to him and watched run some lines, if I were in SoCal looking for someone to do the do on my stuff, he'd be the one I'd use. His flames ain't half bad either, and he's goes back far enough to be 'traditional'.

  25. If you can transform that car in one week with 3000 bux, you are a H.A.M.B. GOD!
