Technical Harmon & Collins Mag timing set up help?

I have a H&C Mag on my new AV8 build but am unsure about how it is set up. It is a 3 bolt adapted to the 59AB.
I'm guessing the initial timing is set by rotating the spline shaft on the drive spud?
The breaker place has an adjustment, is that for total timing?

I'm using this on my TROG car and time is running out.
