Event Coverage Did anyone attend the NSRA NATS NORTH?

Just curious if anyone attended the Nats North event in Kalamazoo last weekend. I was planning to attend but had to change plans at the last moment. It always has beena great show and fantastic swap meet event.
Let's hear from Hambers who attended.

 

Attendance was in the 2300 range, some light drizzle on Fri., Sat. was dry but all 3 days were cool, low 60's but with a jacket/sweater it was comfortable. Sun. was very nice and sunny and the warmest day. So much for the weather forecast. I really like Kazoo because it's like a home coming week end, we always see a lot of friends there that we catch up to once a year, seems like we always have time to sit back and talk at that event. The swap meet was BIG, it still seems to be growing. Kazoo seems to bring out REAL stuff for sale, not just repo and off the wall junk. There were a couple of very fairly priced projects there, and just a lot see/buy. I thought Kazoo was ANOTHER great event. BILL RINALDI

 

I've only been able to go once, 2 years ago... but it was a great show then also. Sounds like I need to make it back up there to hit that swap meet!

 

I was there also and would agree with all of this-Just a Great Time!

 

I was there, had a great time. a lot of nice cars and a large swap meet area. Worth going to for sure.

I was there, great swap meet and good cars, but it seems every time I go the weather SUCKS, I saw The Big Olds but no DENISE !!!!!!!!!!! I miss my cookies. Larry

 

I also had a GREAT time. It was the year of the Oldsmobile. Saw a lot of old friends and met some new ones. Sorry to have missed lots of old pals.

Exactly what I was going to say. I can go there by myself, and always have someone to visit, and have meals with. Met a few new people this time down again.

 

Started going to the Nats North when it was in Dearborn. Like going home. Bill said it all, a good time this year.

 

I was there with my 33 coupe for the first time. Really nice show with a lot of Hotrods, great time. Traveled with my buddy NickO in his 30 pickup. One of the best shows I've been to.

Denise, Thanks for the photos and good seeing you and Jan if only in the picture. I must admit it looks a little odd seeing both of you with heavy clothing and your TOPS DOWN. Larry

 

This was my 20th in a row. Went with 8 other cars/friends and it being only a few hours away it's a can't miss event.
