Guess I'm gonna have I get the board back out. Haven't done much in the last 20 years (except now they'll have to be done with glasses-damn eyes aren't what they used to be), but this thread on HAMB has given me the itch. Great stuff from everyone this week!!

 

Ignore the "late model" Maverick and Nova/Acadian. Working a few more illustrations that are even less HAMB friendly, '62 Ferrari Lusso, '67 GTX and '68 Camaro Street Freaks... After that I have some HAMB friendly stuff literally on the drawing board.... Yes, you know know my real name.

This was the car of a young VW guy that got killed by an out of control driver on a Tennessee freeway as he was standing by his broken down car. R.I.P Josh.

Here is what you do when your wife & granddaughter are shopping. Pull out a tablet and a pencil and have fun for 2 hours or so on a bench. Ol' skool dirt-trackin' in PA. Plus, I did this drawing without an eraser, no less.

 

I recently picked up this '63 Dodge Sweptline truck, thus far I've added the old mirrors and the wide whites. I know Big Daddy Roth did a Dodge A-line van weirdo but never a Sweptline... figured I'd have a go and add myself as the weirdo. Yeah, been called that and plenty worse! I love the truck, it gets plenty of looks as it sits, I still have plenty of ideas but we'll see how time and funds play out. For now it's a blast rippin' round with the Mopar 440 in a short box truck!

Does anyone do untinted photographs?
It would be nice to see vehicles in natural light framed the way the tinted ones are

Lemorris - I that is a very sad thing to hear about Josh - my condolences to his family and friends. Your image of his VW is exceptional and unique and I'm sure is very much appreciated by those surviving him.
