Many years ago (probably 2004) I vowed to be at the 2014 HAMB Drags since my Daughter will be graduating H.S. this year. Sadly my current financial situation wont allow it but I will be there in spirit. Someday, hopefully I'll make good on that promise even if it wont be quite on time.

Haven't missed one yet as it's my most favorite weekend of the whole year.

  9. I wouldn't miss it! Besides all the coolness of the racing and motel shenanigans, It's the one time a year I see my 2 uncles from Iowa. For this reason I tell my employer I need off to go to a family reunion.

Preregistration and photos e-mailed. Now, will I be accepted in to the greatest vintage drags this side of the Mississippi River? Only time will tell.

We've got a ton of registered racers already... just a shit ton of really period full-on race cars... Some super nice stuff.

The thing is, our field is filling fast and there isn't enough hot rods on the list. By that, I'd like to see more flathead powered roadsters, coupes, street cars, etc...

    Would my car be welcomed? Just wondering what class it might fall into. It is a 1957 Chrysler with a 1957 392 Chrysler Hemi. [IMG][/IMG] 142 064sm.jpg 142 058sm.jpg 142 064sm.jpg 142 066sm.jpg
