Found two panels with 4 photos each at a local auction. Trying to find out where they were from. Anyone know if Challenger I was ever on display in the east maybe at the Smithsonian ?? I am an hour from DC

Those pictures are of the unsupercharged version from 1959. The car went 406 in 1960. The photos with the mountains in the background are from Bonneville. I think the car belongs to the Thompson family, and is located in California.

Either way they are cool and I have a vast collection of original mickey thompson photos and will love to purchase them if you ever want to sell them.
