After college, I bought my folks a muscle car like the one they had before I was born. Seeing them at shows with their car was fun, and it convinced me that I should build a rod for myself . I'm a cheapskate, though, so that rules out any gold-chain and billet aspirations. My goal is putting together a low budget ride that is fun, and hopefully reliable enough to be a daily driver. That means a cheap factory stock color of paint, or maybe even tinted primer for a finish. I may not be able to do it for my first rod, but I'd ultimately like to be able to build a body from scratch.
