in as much as fitting the rear...
ah, so its as simple as finding out the frame rail differences at the rear betwen a 35-40 and 42 up pickup

do 40 juice back plates directly swap into 37 drums, is there any machining required?
IF using a stock undropped 32 heavy axle, with stock 37 spindles
stock a crossmember BUT reverse eyed spring
then using a stock 40...
where are all the AV8 threads
will the wheels rub the fenders
