AWESOME sight! Last year I wintered in Nevada and was blessed with a co-worker who used to be a Nevada tour guide. A lot of it is like the pic above -- austere desert and flats with big mountains and big skies. Absolutely loved it. And I would love to get one of my old Ts out there for a jaunt, perhaps down old US50.
