Yep, thanks for taking the time to make it and post it. Wish we didn't have to work this weekend .

Loved seeing Don G with the poochie, felt a little bad thinking of him losing his Wife recently though. Hope he is doing well.

Also loved seeing my old 23 at about the 19.45 minute mark. Looks exactly the same and glad to see the new owner is still using it as it was intended.

Next year I HAVE to ask off from work that weekend.

Wow ,great job of doing that! I enjoyed it a lot,some super nice,some really shiny and cool,an a few that just messed there parts up badly,but someday could be got by someone later that may take those piles of parts an make something cool too. Thanks

He seems to be holding up well, but it has to be devastating to lose someone after 61 years. A lot of people were saying to him "sorry for you're loss". He's one in a million. I have fond memories of him when I was a kid. Don came to Sanford Drag Strip in Maine, and put on one hell of a show. He would tow up on a open trailer and work on his own car in the pits. I remember him laying under his rail all covered in oil checking the lower end between runs. I wish him the best.

Thanks for the video. Had a good time down there this year and met some good folks.

 

I know I was behind the camera, LOL. I was crying because we were spectators this year. We had a rear tire blowout at 60 miles an hour the night before going home from a cruise night. And didn't have time to buy new tires before the event.
